Loft Flooring

We use top quality flooring chipboard which is tongue and grooved for added strength to the finished floor. All our boarding is securely fixed and will improve the overall appearance of your loft when finished.

You have the choice to board a set area of your loft as included in our package options, or you may choose to board the whole of your loft, using our bespoke service.

Loft Insulation

Everyone knows that heat rises - it's a well known fact. But did you also know that up to a quarter of your heat could be escaping out of your roof? So preventing this should be one of your priorities when it comes to insulating your home.

Or you may find that your roof space has existing but inadequate insulation - at one time even 25mm (1in) of insulation was considered to be acceptable. It would be beneficial to you and your pocket to top this up to the now recommended level of 200mm (8in) which will save you money on your heating bills.

We use a well known British Standard branded product to insulate all our customers homes.

Loft Lighting

Not a problem. We can supply and fit lighting to your loft, greatly improving visibility.

As with the boarding, you can have a set amount of lighting as included within our packages, or you can have lighting tailored to your specifications, via our bespoke service.

• Pendant light and switch - £70.00
• Fluorescent light and switch - £90.00 (any further lights, charged at 50% of the price of the first light)

Loft Access

Not all existing hatches cope with a loft ladder, or may be in an awkward position. You may struggle each year to store items such as suitcases.

The solution is simple. We can move or enlarge your existing hatch with little fuss or mess.
